At the League of Extraordinary Ladies (LXL), we curate exclusive, high-touch experiences and prepare each event with intention, customization, and care. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are subject to the following policy:

Event Tickets

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable

  • This includes missed events, late arrivals, or changes in personal plans

  • Each ticket secures materials, staffing, and curated elements in advance

Transfers & Credits

While refunds are not issued, we may offer flexibility in certain situations:

  • Tickets may be transferred to another guest with prior notice

  • In select cases, LXL may issue a credit toward a future experience (at our discretion only)

Custom Experiences (Selfie Sip & Paint)

Due to the personalized nature of this experience:

  • Once your photo has been submitted and processed, your purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Please ensure your uploaded image meets quality guidelines before submitting

Memberships

  • All membership fees are non-refundable

  • Membership benefits are accessible immediately upon enrollment

Event Cancellations or Changes by LXL

  • If LXL cancels or reschedules an event:

  • You will be offered a transfer, credit, or rescheduled date

  • Refunds may be issued only at LXL’s discretion

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Guests who arrive late or do not attend will not be refunded or credited

Force Majeure

  • LXL is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or emergencies). In such cases, a credit or reschedule may be offered.
