  • Understand that LXL reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant for inappropriate behavior without refund

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change

  • Payment is required to secure event bookings or memberships

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or offerings at any time

4. Refund Policy (Events & Memberships)

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferable at LXL’s discretion

  • In the event LXL cancels or reschedules, a credit or transfer will be offered

5. Photo Uploads & Creative Use

  • For experiences like Selfie Sip & Paint:

  • You agree that uploaded photos will be used to create customized artwork

  • You confirm you have the right to use the image submitted

  • LXL is not responsible for image quality issues resulting from low-resolution uploads

6. Media Release

  • By attending LXL events, you grant permission for:

  • Photography and video recordings

  • Use of your likeness for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes

  • If you prefer not to appear in media, you must notify us in advance.

7. Assumption of Risk

  • By attending events, you acknowledge:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • You assume all risks associated with attendance (including but not limited to food, alcohol consumption, and event activities)

  • LXL is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages

8. Alcohol Policy

  • Some events may include alcohol. By attending:

  • You confirm you are 21+ if consuming alcohol

  • You agree to drink responsibly

  • LXL is not liable for actions resulting from intoxication

9. Third-Party Services

  • We may partner with vendors or venues. LXL is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service quality

  • External booking platforms

  • Vendor-related issues beyond our control

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with LXL are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
